A Happy First Little Post

Chicago is dreary and overcast as I write our first post on our new blog.  There is not much happening in our little world of flowers and beauty, so I thought it would be fun to post some of our favorite past moments as we gear up for spring.

This weekend was the first birthday of one of my favorite little girls.  I was delighted to spend the weekend celebrating with her and her family.  I will post pictures of that event soon, but here are some moments from her mom's baby shower and the mobile I created for Elle a year ago.

    1) That is the most beautiful mobile I have ever seen. Will you make my first child one, whenver that may be???

    3) Will you become a friend on a blog I just created? ;) I just started it today so I am figuring it out still but I will send an invite later. Yay. I'm excited. I have put my writing to the side the past few months...no wonder I have been feeling so out-of-whack lately.

    3. That is why I started this one - a) I think it is a good venue to post my event and flower pictures and b) I haven't written for realsies in quite a while. I feel this will force me to a bit more. And I already joined yours. ;)
